Ghicha Silk Scarf
Casual but elegant, ghicha silk is the unprocessed fibre of the silk worm and has been processed ethically – allowing the silk worm to complete its natural lifecycle. Its luminous creamy gold colour is completely natural and no dyes have been used. The black stripe is cotton thread. The scarf has a lovely slubby texture and a soft silk sheen. It is woven by hand in the Orissa area of Bengal. Read more about this ethical silk production on our blog here.
