Returns and Refund Policy
We will happily and apologetically refund or exchange goods that are faulty or damaged or the wrong item has been sent to you. Returns and exchanges can be made up to 14 days after receipt of goods. Returns must be in the same condition as they were dispatched.
We understand that although online shopping is convenient, sometimes once the goods arrive home, they might not look right or the colour may be just the wrong shade. If you change your mind about your purchase we will happily refund or exchange it, and although will not fund return postage costs, we will pay postage on your exchanged item. If you wish to use your refund to purchase at a later date, we will offer you a 110% store discount to be used at your convenience.
Refund or exchange will be implemented upon our receipt of the item. We will pay for postage of your exchanged item.
Return postage instructions are included in each parcel, so please keep the paperwork when your parcel arrives.
Please note that our textiles are handmade and therefore may have minor inconsistencies in colour or weave which are normal characteristics of the product and not deemed as faulty. Our vintage pieces, due to their age and usage, may have marks or signs of wear. These likewise are not considered as faults.
