On my recent travels in India, I have become fascinated with turbans.

The textiles, colours and methods of tying and winding differ from region to region - the oversized, bright-as-jewels turbans from Rajasthan, the more sombre approach by the Kashmiri Gujarats, and the distinctive tribal gear of the farming communities in north-west India.
